If you are exhausted from being

I know this woman.

I was her.

Everything for everyone.

Nothing for myself.

I supported.

I fixed.

I carried.

I apologised for having needs.

And I escaped too.

Wine.

Sugar.

Caffeine.

Anything not to feel the resentment building inside.

There wasn’t one dramatic moment.

Just a decision:

Enough.
